A Georgia driver's license should be secured within 30 days of establishing residency in the state. A written exam and vision test are required for persons having a valid out-of-state license. A $15 fee is charged and must be paid in cash or money order. No road test given after 4:00 p.m.

Pet Registration
Dogs, cats, and other domestic animals must be inoculated for rabies annually and wear proof of vaccination at all times.
School Registration
Children entering Georgia Public Schools for the first time must present proof of immunization against measles, mumps, rubella, polio, whooping cough, diptheria, and tetanus, as well as proof of eye, ear, and dental exams. Students who were previously enrolled should present their last report card and/or transcript.
